Kestrel is a beautifully refurbished cottage with two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom together with a spacious living room and kitchen area. The upstairs area also has access to a shower bathroom facility.

- x1 twin bedroom - zip & link beds which can make a double - please contact us if you require a double bed upon your arrival.
- x1 double sofa bed in the lounge.

Additional Information
All cottages have bedding provided for sofa beds & beds are made.

- All have fully equipped kitchens
- Electric oven, toaster, kettle, microwave dishwasher
- x1 loo roll per bathroom provided.
- x2 tea towels per cottage
- Oven gloves
- Sponge, jay cloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs
- Hairdryer
- x1 towel & hand towel provided per person.
- Laundry room available if needed (extra charge)
- Iron & ironing board available upon request.
- High chair & travel cot available upon request (bedding for the cot not provided)
Check in / out time:
Check in time is between 4pm – 5pm *please note reception closes at 5pm. Please let us know prior to that if you are planning on arriving after 5pm so that we can arrange for key collection.
Check out is 10am. Late check out may be available at an extra charge, please ask reception at the time of the booking.
Payment methods:
- Payment can be made over the phone via a card
- Bacs transfer
- £100 non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of the booking
- Any amounts that are under £100 must be paid in full when making the booking
Total balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the arrival date
